Return Process

  Securely pack the unused wood fuels in their original delivery packaging to ensure they remain dry and intact during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  We will schedule a convenient pickup time with our specialized freight partners to collect the pallet or parcels from your property.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
